Cadets from 181 (City of Gloucester) Squadron and 2322 (Dowty) Squadron enjoyed going gliding on Saturday 18 August at RAF Little Rissington. The cadets were able to build upon their First Class knowledge by learning about the axis of movement of the aircraft and how lift is generated to result in movement. Before getting airborne, the cadets were sent to test their skills on the school’s simulator.
At the end of the day, each of the cadets were awarded their blue wings badge. Well done!
