Inter Wing Swimming Championships

October 1, 2017 by Wing Sports Officer

Another very successful day for the Wing Sports team!

The Wing finished 3rd in the today’s event. We won both the Junior female and Junior male age groups. Several cadets have also been selected to represent the Region at the Corps Swimming Championships. Well done to all the cadets who competed.

Cadet Jack Wosika (93 (City of Bath) Squadron) was also named as the Best Junior Male Sports Cadet in the South West Region.

The final trophy presented to the Wing was the Banks Trophy for the best sports wing in the South West Region for the 2016/17 season. This was due to the fantastic effort put in by every cadet who represented the Wing last season .
